n particular, it is planned to build a mining and processing plant for the extraction and processing of lithium-containing ore. “Arctic Lithium” also takes on obligations for socio-economic partnership, in order to further invest its funds in the development of the Lovozero district.

The head of the company noted that for 30 years, raw materials for the production of lithium and lithium products have been imported from abroad. Now it is necessary to independently ensure the raw material security of the country.

“The Murmansk region is home to many mining operations, but they are located along roads and railways. The Lovozero district is more difficult to develop infrastructurally. Therefore, our project will allow one of the largest districts in the Murmansk region to develop, especially in the social sphere. In industrial terms, the municipality has great potential, it can take its place among the large cities of the region, where city-forming enterprises are present,” emphasized Dmitry Vysotsky..

• It should be recalled that “Arctic Lithium” received a license for geological exploration and mining at the Polmostundrovskoye lithium deposit.

Earlier it was reported that the regional government and “Polyarny Lithium” will cooperate in the development of the Kolmozero lithium deposit.
